Delete your Lexaro account

1. In the app (fastest)

Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is immediate.

2. Without the app

Or email info@part2ai.com from any address with your phone number.

What we delete

• Your Lexaro profile: name, phone number, email, profile photo
• Your sign-in account
• All your one-to-one chats, including messages, photos and PDFs. These are removed for both people in the chat.
• Your group memberships. Messages you sent in groups stay visible to the other members but are no longer linked to your name or number.
• Your subscription customer record

What we keep

• Billing and call records with your identity removed, for accounting and legal reasons, for up to 7 years.
• Data in backups is overwritten on a rolling schedule, within 30 days.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or App Store subscriptions first.
